Home additions are a great way to add space to your existing home or property. Whether it's a shop with ADU to add value and income, or a music studio to jam out with your best friends, we are here to help. Not sure you have the space or ability to add on? We can help determine that too!
At some point every house needs a little TLC. Perhaps the posts on the outside of your house are rotting? Your siding needs to be upgraded? From wood rot to storm damage, home repairs need to be handled in such a way that they do not cover up related problems.

THE PROCESS.

Your initial request will be followed up with a phone call to gather information about your project and location.
We will schedule a walk-through to determine feasibility, take measurements, and discuss your budget. An estimate will be provided to you then!
Going under a design contract is exciting! Together, we will make material selections and design your space! All of your project costs will be recorded into a spreadsheet that easily allows for you to understand where funds for your project will be allocated.
Your project is set to begin! Product procurement, demolition, and building all begin during this exciting phase.

what we do.

The Before.

It all began with a desire to have the kitchen of their dreams, while maintaining their current space. A relationship between Nelson Built, Inc and a Pinterest Board of dreams, a new kitchen was born!
The After.

Detail is key when completing a custom design. This is why almost everything in this kitchen was handcrafted. The kitchen island, hood, window trim and light bar were all custom milled and stained to complement each piece of this space.
