What Happens next?

We will schedule a phone consultation with you to discuss in further detail your project, timelines, and feasibility. We can provide a general budget idea based off of past projects. Expect for this to be 30-60 minutes.

If the budget and operations of NBI sound like a good fit for you, we will schedule a one-hour walk-through of your project and dial in a verbal estimate.

Following the estimate, we can go into what we call a “Design Contract” in which a project-determined deposit is required for designing the space, picking out finishes, and creating a dialed in budget.

At the completion of the Design process your project is underway!

This process may seem long, but in reality, it can move as fast as you (and any necessary permits) are ready to!
